I love this for you! I've got 4 years and it was stories like this that sustained me through that first 90 days. You're doing good work here by living your life out loud.

Austin has a big drinky culture, but there's a lesser known culture of health & wellness oriented alcohol-free folks which is also pretty good here. Good to have you!

Tomorrow marks 365 days without alcohol. I wasn’t a blackout drunk, but I wasn’t NOT. This newsletter was moving and sweet to read. I’m committed to living that “sober lush” life and said yes to things I never thoughts I would: Lexapro, help, and a path through millennial motherhood that doesn’t succumb to wine culture.
